Dr. Rostagno is Associate Professor at the School of Applied Sciences of the University of Campinas (UNICAMP) in the area of ​​food technology, composition and analysis. He is an Agronomist (Federal University of Lavras), Master in Viticulture (University of Cádiz), Master in Food Science and Technology (Federal University of Viçosa) and Doctor in Analytical Chemistry (University of Cádiz), with emphasis on the area of Extraction and Analysis of Natural Products. He edited a book and published 80 articles in specialized journals, 12 book chapters and 9 patents. His main lines of research are: Extraction, purification and analysis of bioactive compounds from Natural products; Combination and coupling between extraction and analysis techniques and processes; Functional properties of plant extracts. https://orcid.org/0000-0003-1763-5697
