

On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we are delighted to invite you to attend the 8th International Symposium on Phytochemicals in Medicine and Food (8-ISPMF) to be held in Shenyang, China on August 2-7, 2024. 8-ISPMF is co-organized by the International Association of Dietetic Nutrition and Safety (IADNS), Phytochemical Society of Europe (PSE) and the Phytochemical Society of Asia (PSA). We very much look forward to welcoming you at Shenyang. Shenyang, Wade-Giles romanization Shen-yang, conventional Mukden, capital of Liaoning sheng (province), China, and the largest city in the Northeast (formerly Manchuria). It is one of China’s greatest industrial centers. Shenyang is situated in the southern portion of the vast Northeast (Manchurian) Plain just north of the Hun River, a major tributary of the Liao River. It attracts tens of millions of visitors and tourists both at home and abroad each year to enjoy its rich culture and wonderful scenery. 8-ISPMF aims to explore the recent advances in the area of phytochemicals in medicine and food. We hope to bring together scientists of all ages to provide an excellent platform for exchanging ideas, discussing challenges, sharing success stories and setting up new research collaborations.
